Data Analyst Staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics/Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with Google Data Studio, Tableau, Python, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate Daily Sales Data Reports.
  • Manage Weekly Management Reports (WMR).
  • Prepare SnOP, Moving Plan, PO Backlog, Backlog Offer Report, and Monthly Management Report (MMR).
  • Monitor Monthly Schedules.
  • Identify data quality issues and inconsistencies.
  • Collect and analyze business research results.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for tracking business KPIs.
  • Provide analytical information to top-level management.

Qualifications:

  • Ensure valid and signed maintenance agreements.
  • Follow up on renewal proposals before expiry.
  • Liaise with Service Engineer for spare parts/repairs sales opportunities.
  • Build customer relationships and assess satisfaction.
  • Liaise with Factory for upgrading/modernization proposals.
  • Monitor project works and billing.
  • Submit Monthly Sales Forecast and activities report.
