Sales Compliance – Jakarta Office

Job Overview:

  • Coordinate with relevant government agencies to obtain necessary approvals for sales contracts, work plans, and budgets.
  • Ensure all sales-related activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor and follow up on government approvals to ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and approvals with government bodies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering and Logistics or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Compliance in Coal Mining Industries, preferably with experience working on Mining Sites.
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of Government Systems.
  • Actively involved in digital transformation programs and adaptive to innovation.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.

Office Operation – Jakarta Office

Job Overview:

  • Providing and arranging consumable supplies in the office.
  • Providing employee services support.
  • Providing office facility and equipment supply, and overseeing maintenance of office equipment.
  • Ensuring all services are executed according to company standards.
  • Providing and monitoring office building management through physical checks.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position.

Job Overview:

  • Develop HSEC systems to support HSEC implementation mechanisms.
  • Utilize manual or digitalized approaches to improve efficiency.
  • Provide HSEC corporate standards to ensure alignment across corporate and mine sites/business units.
  • Ensure compliance with HSEC-related regulations, International and National standards, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, or Informatic Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Coal Business Industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), especially in the VISIO application.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001; 18001; 45001; 50001, etc.) and SMKP/SMK3.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.

  • Manage cash positions in different currencies and products beyond plain-vanilla savings
  • Identify and take necessary actions to minimize financial losses

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or Statistics
  • Experience: More than 5 years of experience in the mining/energy-related field is highly preferred

  • Prepare and maintain complete documentation and reporting of Accounts Payable

Job Requirements:
