Supply Chain Management Trainee
We are looking for a high-potential Supply Chain Management Trainee to support core supply chain functions across Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations and offers an excellent foundation for long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Process goods receipt accurately and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain tools, materials, and warehouse assets
- Conduct periodic stock opname and inventory checks
- Issue parts and materials in accordance with operational requirements
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the warehouse
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Department Head
Procurement Operations
- Manage price quotations, tender processes, and procurement execution for materials and services with approved suppliers
- Monitor purchase orders and communicate delivery status to relevant stakeholders
- Liaise with vendors regarding shipment issues and invoice discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Handle warranty and claims processes
- Perform additional procurement-related tasks as required
Logistics Operations
- Monitor and support import and export shipment activities
- Assist in managing storage and distribution of goods and materials
- Ensure shipment urgency and timelines are met
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and freight forwarders
- Handle logistics documentation and reporting
- Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably Aerospace Engineering, Maritime Engineering (Naval Architecture/Shipbuilding), related engineering disciplines, or other related degree
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or a related industry are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be based in Wahid Hasyim, Central Jakarta, and Pondok Cabe Airport, South Tangerang (as required).
