Industrial Relations Officer
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Industrial Relations
- Proficient in employment law with a strong understanding of applicable Employment Laws and Regulations
- Certification in Industrial Relations is an advantage
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Buyer
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Buyer
- Familiarity with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
- Knowledge of procurement systems and SAP
- Effective communication and persuasion skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
QC Engineer
General Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma 3 degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in Quality Control within EPC projects
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Certified in Welding Inspection (WI); NDT Certification is preferred
- Strong understanding of API, ASTM, ASME, AWS standards, and Government Regulations for Certification
- Experience in fabrication monitoring and inspection of PV/HE, steel structures, and piping materials
Instrument Engineer
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Instrument and Control System EPC projects
- Familiar with the concept and management of instrument equipment (flow, pressure, level, temperature, DCS/PLC, etc.)
- Understanding of design concepts and preparation (P&ID, instrument lists, datasheets, etc.)
- Proficient in using CAD; experience with Instrucal or SmartPlant Instrumentation is an advantage
- Strong English proficiency, with excellent communication and interface skills
Electrical Engineer
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on Power Systems
- Strong analytical skills in power system analysis
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a willingness to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience in organizational activities (intra-campus or extra-campus) is preferred
Field Control Engineer
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in field control activities
- Ability to develop detailed schedules, control and monitor progress, and address any issues
- Skilled in communicating and interfacing with subcontractors, owners, and local communities
- Knowledgeable in site project control, monitoring, and analysis
- Possesses a good attitude, honesty, positive thinking, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach
