Jakarta International Expo (JIEXPO) is a prominent convention, exhibition, and entertainment complex in North Jakarta, Indonesia, developed by the Central Cipta Murdaya group and opened in 2010. With recent expansions, including an international theater and convention center, JIEXPO now covers approximately 44 hectares, offering a vast space for events such as exhibitions, concerts, meetings, and seminars. General Affairs Staff

Tugas & tanggung jawab:

  • Melakukan rekap permintaan harian dan mempublikasikan kebutuhan kendaraan
  • Input data pemakaian harian e-toll dll
  • Membuat laporan realisasi harian biaya BBM, parkir, servis, uang makan
  • Menyiapkan dokumen-dokumen untuk perpanjangan KIR dan pajak kendaraan
  • Membuat PR perpanjangan KIR dan STNK
  • Input realisasi biaya KIR dan STNK
  • Membuat berita acara, memo internal yang merupakan pelengkap dokumen-dokumen pengadaan barang dan jasa yang berhubungan dengang kendaraan JIExpo
  • Mengurus kebutuhan perbaikan kendaraan
  • Mengurus asuransi kendaraan dengan pihak asuransi & bengkel
  • Membuat jadwal bulanan driver
  • Membantu penginputan data yang berhubungan dengan GA
  • Melakukan pengarsipan dokumen yang berhubungan dengan GA

Kualifikasi:

  • Maksimal 30 Tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal D3-S1
  • Berpengalaman sebagai Admin GA minimal 3-5 tahun.
  • Tetili dan rapi dalam hal administrasi.
  • Komunikatif dan memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang memadai.
  • Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan
