Mechanical Technician
Placement: Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang
Job Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of a Diploma 3 degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in power plant and gas facilities operations and maintenance.
- Proficient in inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining both rotating and static equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality programs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including mechanical drawings and P&IDs.
- Experience with computerized procurement, inventory control, and maintenance management systems (especially CMMS MAXIMO software) is beneficial.
- Experience operating workshop machines (Lathe, Milling, Drill, etc.) is beneficial.
- Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration within a team.

Will be developed to be able to
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.
- Coordinate and administer employee training and development programs.
- Identify training needs and work with internal and external trainers to deliver effective training sessions
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee records in the HRIS.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in the HRIS.
- Assist in the development and implementation of various Human Capital initiatives and projects.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for HC projects and events.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Human Capital department.
