Tax Specialist
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Taxation.
- 4-5 years of experience in the taxation field.
- Brevet A and B certification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of current tax regulations in Indonesia and overseas.
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare and manage tax reports to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of tax reporting documents, including Income Tax Article 21, 23, and Article 4(2).
- Analyze the tax impact of company transactions and provide suitable solutions.
- Monitor changes in tax regulations and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments.
- Prepare and submit monthly, annual, and other tax-related documents.
CSR Personnel
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably from related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a public relations or CSR.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willing to do business trips.
- Negotiation skills.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage and implement CSR programs that support community and environmental well-being.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR activities, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and company policies.
- Handle all licensing processes and necessary documentation for company operations.
- Coordinate with government agencies and other relevant parties to ensure permits and documents are obtained in a timely manner.
- Create and manage communication with the media and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the licensing process.
HR Generalist (Pontianak)
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (preferred).
- Placement: Pontianak, West Kalimantan.

- Provide comprehensive HR support, including but not limited to HRIS, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR policy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related needs and challenges.
