Jejak langkah KPC dimulai dengan kesepakatan eksplorasi batu bara dengan Rio Tinto Indonesia dan British Petroleum (BP). Pada tahun 1982, KPC menandatangani Perjanjian Karya Pengusahaan Batu Bara (PKP2B) dengan PT Tambang Batu Bara Bukit Asam (PTBA), dan kegiatan penambangan dimulai pada tahun 1990. Sejak itu, KPC terus berkembang, mengalami akuisisi saham oleh PT Bumi Resources Tbk pada tahun 2003. Graduate – Purchasing
Qualifications:
- S1/S2 graduates in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university. Having experience in procurement area will be a great advantage.
- Maximum age limit is 25 years for S1 graduates and 28 years for S2 graduates, as of the admission year.
- Minimum GPA is 3.00 for S1 graduates and 3.25 for S2 graduates.
- Good computer skills, particularly in MS Office and SAP/Ellipse. Computer coding skills will be a great advantage.
- Sound knowledge of purchasing, contract, and procurement in general.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa and English; as a guide, level of proficiency in English is minimum level 4.
- Good customer focus, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good negotiation skills will be a great advantage.
- Willing to monitor the work outside normal business hours.
- Willing to be located in Sangatta, Kutai Timur
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Purchase Requisition (PR) and/or Recommended Order (RO) according to the standard operating procedure.
- Conduct demand and market analysis on selected items.
- Process tender, awarding Contracts/FPA, monitor implementation, and close out monitoring in conjunction with KPC policy and procedure.
- Handle emergency orders or urgent requirements and ensure prompt actions.
- Process discrepancy settlement including liaising with end users, warehouse and logistic staff, forwarders, suppliers, and risk management section.
- Develop regular and non-regular reports required by Purchasing Manager.
- Manage and compile data in accordance with Purchasing Department requirement.
- Improve user awareness of the company supply purchasing policy and procedure.
- Maintain good communication and relationships with key supplier personnel.
- Conduct meetings with key suppliers regularly to build long-term partnerships.
- Actively involved in user improvement projects; bridge communication between user and supplier in conjunction with company policy.
- Demonstrate and encourage conformity to and implementation of HSE regulations, policies, rules, and systems.
- Contribute to the implementation of knowledge management within the work unit by, e.g., performing coaching and knowledge sharing with peers
