Information Display BDM (Edu & Gov Sector)

Location: LG Electronics Indonesia, South Jakarta (On-site)

Responsibilities:

  • Direct report to ID Department Head & PD.
  • Finding commercial Signage/Display (Information Display) business opportunity.
  • Manage project sales (B2B) from beginning to end.
  • Create and execute project work plan and revise as appropriate to changes.

Requirements:

Trade Management

Responsibilities:

  • List price & prompt Limit Price Registration.

SCM Logistic & Warehouse Asst. Manager

Location: LG Electronics Indonesia, Jakarta (On-site)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals, inclusive of Shipping functions and Inventory Management.
  • Enhance product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect delivery and services considering cost efficiencies.
  • Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics providers.
  • Perform various reports for analysis of transport costs, shipment volumes, carrier activity, warehouse handling, warehouse rent, return cost, dedicated, etc.
  • Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules.

SCM Innovation Member

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate deep analysis involving management & operational teams of issues/bottlenecks affecting inefficiency operations and initiate business process optimization of demand management & logistic management to gain incremental efficiency & cost reduction.
  • Initiate & Develop Supply chain optimization and/or innovation through rule/policy-based activities such as JOD/Sales advancing, Direct Delivery, Collaborative Planning Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR), or other headquarter initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / IT or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Duty calculation of domestic sales for payment and domestic balance management.
  • Customs Audit (data processing and verifying customs audit responses).
  • Prepare and review import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Accurately classify imported and exported goods according to customs tariff codes to determine duty rates and ensure compliance with trade regulations.

SCM Demand Planner

Location: LG Electronics Indonesia, South Jakarta (On-site)

Responsibilities:

  • Make sure to update on time, monthly Top Down (TD) by PM, Bottom Up (BU) by branches forecasting & price management in GDMI.
  • Analyze TD & BU with statistical historical forecast.
  • Facilitate consensus forecasting and S&OP with PM, Branches data, Production Plan, R&D to get final forecasting to achieve Good Sales Forecast Accuracy (SFA) with optimized cost.
  • Balance forecast number to all Branches to achieve Sales Plan Target.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all operations of Service Network in Indonesia, including direct and indirect channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality and operation of Service Centers based on the Customer Satisfaction Index.
