Sales Support Trainee
Your Responsibilities
- Proactively Assist the Sales Team: Handle administrative tasks such as creating quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts to expedite the sales cycle.
- Maintain Sales Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales records in the CRM system to maintain data integrity.
- Generate Reports: Produce regular reports tracking and analyzing key sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Research Customer Needs: Provide comprehensive product or service information to foster positive client relationships.
- Prepare Sales Materials: Create presentations and other sales collateral to support the sales team’s efforts.
- Support Sales Meetings: Assist the sales team in organizing meetings or visits.
Your Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with full professional or bilingual proficiency in English.
- Positive Attitude: A willingness to learn and enthusiasm for the mining industry and Liebherr Mining products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze basic sales data to identify trends and opportunities with attention to detail.
- Team Player: Dedicated, confident, self-motivated, and able to work under high pressure while prioritizing workloads.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
- Experience: Up to 2 years of experience, preferably in the mining industry or sales.
