Responsibilities:

On-Site Plant Technician – Gresik
Placement: Roomo, Gresik
Requirements:
- Preferable if have 2 years’ experience in modern industrial environment, preferable scale Air Separation plant or Combine Cycle Power Plant
- Practical knowledge and skill in conducting Hazard Analysis and Operability Study (HAZOPS) techniques, Risk Assessment and managing loss prevention program, Root Cause Analysis.
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other related application tools/software, CMMS. Knowledge in SAP PM/MM module would preferable.
- Have sufficient training for major type of equipment such as Pump, Compressor and other rotating equipment’s.
- Have good knowledge of philosophy in conditioning and monitoring.
- Having experience in Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and Distributed Control System (DCS) such as Allen – Bradley, Bailey, Simatec, Wonderware, etc, is a plus.
- Demonstrated operation maintenance capability to do machine diagnostic fault analyses and good knowledge of mechanical machinery principles.
- Familiar with common technical tools and good maintenance product.
- Able to read P&ID, well organized.

On-Site Plant Technician – Cikarang

Responsibilities:
- Operate the production plant from both the field and the DCS (control room).
- Perform routine patrols, equipment inspections, and DCS monitoring to ensure operational integrity.
- Ensure the plant operates in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner at all times.
- Adhere to and enforce all relevant safety standards, company policies, and operating procedures.
- Detect, assess, and report abnormal operating conditions or potential hazards.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Accurately prepare and submit shift reports in English in a timely manner.
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including participation in safety and operational training programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering. Preferred majors: Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, with hands-on experience operating production plants, both in the field and via Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Able to read P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and Isometric Drawings.
- Sound understanding of the working principles of key equipment in Air Separation Units (ASU) and Steam Methane Reformer (SMR) plants.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule (including day, night, and weekend shifts).
