PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia (LCI), didirikan oleh Lotte Corporation, menjadi pionir dengan mendirikan pabrik pemecah naftha pertama di Indonesia. Pabrik ini akan melakukan pengolahan etilena, propilena, campuran C4, dan pirolisis bensin dengan suhu tinggi di atas 800 derajat Celsius. Fasilitas pengolahan petrokimia dan proyek pabrik Lotte Chemical diharapkan selesai dan mulai beroperasi pada tahun 2025. Petrokimia kompleks ini diantisipasi mampu menghasilkan 1 juta ton etilena, 520 ribu ton propilena, dan 250 ribu ton polipropilena, serta menghasilkan pendapatan hingga US$ 2,66 miliar setiap tahunnya. PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia  memiliki rencana untuk mengembangkan pabrik petrokimia terpadu secara vertikal di Indonesia dengan tujuan meningkatkan ketersediaan bahan baku seperti etilena dan propilena bagi perusahaan dalam Grup LOTTE dan industri plastik Indonesia secara umum, yang saat ini masih banyak mengandalkan produk polimer impor.

PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia  telah melakukan Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL) untuk proyek ini, dengan AMDAL pertama disetujui dan Izin Lingkungan dikeluarkan pada September 2018. Pada tahun 2019, PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia  melakukan ‘LOTTE Chemical Environmental and Social Gap Analysis Report’ yang menilai kesenjangan AMDAL lokal terhadap Prinsip-prinsip Equator 4 dan Standar Kinerja Korporasi Keuangan Internasional (IFC PS), mengidentifikasi sejumlah kesenjangan termasuk kurangnya pelaporan emisi gas rumah kaca, pemodelan dan pengambilan sampel Udara, Air, dan Kebisingan, dampak terhadap biodiversitas, analisis alternatif proyek, serta pengembangan rencana keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan (SEP) dan Mekanisme Keluhan.


Environment Technician (Fresh Graduates)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine daily environment site patrol to identify environment hazard and non conformance Environment standard

HSE Technician (Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactive and take initiative action to avoid or prevent fire accidents at LCI plant premises
  • Carry out fire extinguishing appropriately and quickly if a fire occurs in the LCI plant and building facilities
  • Respond quickly to fire alarms to manage and extinguish fires at plant facilities
  • Carry out rescue or assistance if there are victims during a working accident, fire and process safety accident

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage & control OHS implementation at plant site.
  • Lead OHS team to implement OHS activity plan base on annual planning and HSE requirement
  • Perform conducting safety observation, safety audit the activity at plant site to identify unsafe action and unsafe condition in regard to encourage and make sure the compliance of HSE procedure and regulation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine daily environment site patrol to identify environmental hazards and nonconformance with Environmental standards

  • Supervise daily activity of hazardous waste business partner (outsourcing)
  • Ensure hazardous waste loading and weighing activity to 3rd party run safely and comply with regulations
  • Record hazardous waste inventory in waste storage (TPS)
  • Ensure wastewater, air emission, and air ambient sampling activity by 3rd party laboratories run safely and comply with regulations
  • Maintain environment emergency response equipment or facilities such as spill kit

Sr. Buyer (Procurement)

Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize strategic sourcing skills to support the operation of a petrochemical plant, specifically for MRO, service and chemical procurement.
  • Identify and implement the most cost effective and efficient method for purchasing items using various procurement methods and tools.
  • Oversee the procurement process from start to finish, including bidder selection, meetings with vendors, request for quotation, clarification, evaluation, negotiation, award, and contract creation, purchase order issuance, expediting delivery, monitoring vendor performance, and overseeing invoicing until completion. Also responsible for processing imports of goods and materials.
  • Analyze vendor proposals (quotations) to ensure accuracy or materials specifications such as grade, standard, quantity, size and type against drawings or BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
  • Negotiate price, discount, delivery terms and other commercial and contractual conditions to achieve the best quality, cost, delivery, safety and moral (QCDSM) outcomes.
  • Receive and review Purchase Requisition (PR) and convert PR into Purchase Order (PO) through ERP system and ensure receipt of PO acceptance from vendors.
  • Conduct Vendor Performance Evaluations (VPE) to ensure ongoing vendor compliance with established standards and to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from any discipline with minimum 5 years of experiences in procurement in global multinational company, EPC background will be an advantage.

Plant Inspector

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement regular prevention inspection for plant static equipment (Pressure Vessel, Tank, Heat Exchanger, Piping, Tower, Valve, etc.)
  • Independently inspect and monitor all plant static equipment repair and maintenance/construction work to be certain it is being done according to specification and code standards.
  • Developing and issuing inspection recommendations based on defects in the equipment
  • To conduct plant facilities inspection to ensure that only plant equipment are in good working condition can be operated.
  • Perform facility inspection with various NDT methods strictly according to the Inspection Procedure.

  • Routine daily site patrol and process safety observation to identify hazards and process safety risks including nonconformance process safety standard

  • Controlling and monitoring site implementation of Management Of Change (MOC), bypass safety device compliance, Car Seal Open/Close (CSO/CSC),

Job Responsibilities:

  • Energy management including reducing consumption and efficiency
  • Green House Gas (GHG) emission management and report preparation
  • Monitoring and controlling CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System)
  • Manage activities to prevent Air Pollution and report preparation
  • Involve for improvement to prevent non conformance government regulation
  • Preparation external /government audit for CEMS
  • Air quality test and management
  • Involve in lender and government visit or audit
  • Keep track of the rules and protocols propagated by the regulating authority with regards to pollution and emissions control
  • Note the rules applicable to the organization’s operations and check them for consistency with actual operations

  • Make changes to the organization’s policies to update them regularly and imbibe the newly set protocols
  • Submit documents and test results to the authority to prove that emissions level are under control

Industrial Hygiene Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing Industrial Health and hygiene program (Food, clinic, workplace environment, etc.)
  • Workplace environmental measurement and management (noise, dust, vibration, etc)
  • First aid in case of an emergency
  • Managing IH training and implementation related to workplace health and hygiene
  • Planning Management for Health
  • Collaborating with company doctors to control health programs and clinic facilities
  • Developing and implementing health risk assessment
  • Promoting and campaigning health program awareness among employees
  • Advising and collaborating with management to resolve occupational health issues.
  • Creating and executing studies to monitor and assess employees’ exposure to health risks, and to measure the effectiveness of occupational health programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring employee awareness of occupational health and safety concerns, programs, and regulations by conducting training and presentations.
  • Proposing and leading the implementation of programs to protect employee health, and implementing ergonomics.
  • Conducting regular audits of programs.
  • Assessing and analyzing research data, summarizing statistics, and compiling reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, K3 Engineering or other Technical engineering
  • Preferred certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification.
  • Has 5+ years of work experience in a similar role or HSE.
  • Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient organizational skills.
  • Experienced and capable as HSE Trainer
