PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia (LCI), didirikan oleh Lotte Corporation, menjadi pionir dengan mendirikan pabrik pemecah naftha pertama di Indonesia. PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia  telah melakukan Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL) untuk proyek ini, dengan AMDAL pertama disetujui dan Izin Lingkungan dikeluarkan pada September 2018. Pada tahun 2019, PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia  melakukan ‘LOTTE Chemical Environmental and Social Gap Analysis Report’ yang menilai kesenjangan AMDAL lokal terhadap Prinsip-prinsip Equator 4 dan Standar Kinerja Korporasi Keuangan Internasional (IFC PS), mengidentifikasi sejumlah kesenjangan termasuk kurangnya pelaporan emisi gas rumah kaca, pemodelan dan pengambilan sampel Udara, Air, dan Kebisingan, dampak terhadap biodiversitas, analisis alternatif proyek, serta pengembangan rencana keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan (SEP) dan Mekanisme Keluhan.

Corporate Planning Manager

Job Description:

  • Analyze data from every team across the company and create the financial (sales/profit/loss) report on a corporate level.
  • Create new business opportunity following the market needs and trends.
  • Responsible to control and manage Related Party Transaction (RPT) with our shareholders.
  • Control the company’s budget and asset management.
  • Establish and create business feasibility studies, market analysis and research, and any relevant analysis for any possibilities for the company’s future strategy.

General Accounting Manager

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Answering stakeholders, headquarters and board of directors questions.
  • Lead and manage the team to achieve department target and goals.
  • Controlling Open balance Aging and issues (AR, AP, Advance, Suspense, Prepaid etc.).
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review.

Job Description:

  • Review tax treatments on AP transactions.
  • Review all taxes compliance regular payments and reports.
  • Analyze the taxes account balances in the financial statements.

Job Description:

  • Routine daily site patrol and safety observation to identify Safety hazard & risk including unsafe act, unsafe condition, compliance wearing PPE and non-conformance OHS.
  • Remind, sensitize, encourage and provide advice to workers who violate or disobey safety regulations to create a safe workplace.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, and promoting a culture of health & safety in the workplace.

Electrical Manager (Contract)

Job Description:

  • Provide expert advice and assistance to technical, construction, maintenance engineers and operation personnel on all matters related to electrical systems.
  • Provide technical support to operation and maintenance unit to troubleshoot electrical equipment failure and performance including reporting and documentation.
  • Analyze system performance and find solution for energy saving including making recommendation for technical/economic optimization of existing and future facilities.
  • Analyze equipment performance, operative conditions and boundaries, during lifecycle of the electrical equipment to guarantee safe operations in the Monomer and Polymer plant including Gas Turbine and utility facilities.
  • Develop engineering conceptual plans for the new installation and upgrade projects including development of work scopes, calculations and detailed technical specifications.
  • Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawings.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers and also regularly interact with other professionals in various company organizations involved in capital planning and economic analysis.
  • Carry out the daily inspection works and keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
  • Provide technical solution, maintenance strategies, and rectify root cause analysis in order to prevent reoccurrences.
  • Manage and monitor stock/inventory of equipment and spare parts for daily/periodical maintenance.
  • Prepare T/A (Turn Around) to run optimally: plan schedules, secure budget, stock up spare parts, contract partners, and oversee maintenance work and so on.
