PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia (LCI), didirikan oleh Lotte Corporation, menjadi pionir dengan mendirikan pabrik pemecah naftha pertama di Indonesia. Pabrik ini akan melakukan pengolahan etilena, propilena, campuran C4, dan pirolisis bensin dengan suhu tinggi di atas 800 derajat Celsius. Fasilitas pengolahan petrokimia dan proyek pabrik Lotte Chemical diharapkan selesai dan mulai beroperasi pada tahun 2025. Petrokimia kompleks ini diantisipasi mampu menghasilkan 1 juta ton etilena, 520 ribu ton propilena, dan 250 ribu ton polipropilena, serta menghasilkan pendapatan hingga US$ 2,66 miliar setiap tahunnya. PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia memiliki rencana untuk mengembangkan pabrik petrokimia terpadu secara vertikal di Indonesia dengan tujuan meningkatkan ketersediaan bahan baku seperti etilena dan propilena bagi perusahaan dalam Grup LOTTE dan industri plastik Indonesia secara umum, yang saat ini masih banyak mengandalkan produk polimer impor.
PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia telah melakukan Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL) untuk proyek ini, dengan AMDAL pertama disetujui dan Izin Lingkungan dikeluarkan pada September 2018. Pada tahun 2019, PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia melakukan ‘LOTTE Chemical Environmental and Social Gap Analysis Report’ yang menilai kesenjangan AMDAL lokal terhadap Prinsip-prinsip Equator 4 dan Standar Kinerja Korporasi Keuangan Internasional (IFC PS), mengidentifikasi sejumlah kesenjangan termasuk kurangnya pelaporan emisi gas rumah kaca, pemodelan dan pengambilan sampel Udara, Air, dan Kebisingan, dampak terhadap biodiversitas, analisis alternatif proyek, serta pengembangan rencana keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan (SEP) dan Mekanisme Keluhan.
OS Tank Field Operator (Fresh Graduate)
Placement : Kota Cilegon
Job Responsibilities:
- Abides by all safety procedures and practices applicable to location and position; participates in appropriate safety training.
- Perform vessel vetting activity for screening truck.
- Load and unload trucks and maritime vehicles.
- Performs valve lineups, switch and tank changes as required to move material in and out of storage tanks.
- Works diligently and follows all safety requirements to prevent product contamination, spills and avoid product loss.
- Loading and unloading activity for raw material and products transferred to and from tanks, trucks, ship and pipeline.
- Performs tank inspections, make routine daily inspection of facilities.
- Sample tanks and trucks as required.
- Manage tank transfers and decants from tank to Ship, truck & pipeline.
- Operate utilities system like Nitrogen, instrument air, plant air, steam.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols as directed by the supervisor.
- Works in a safe manner, which follows company safety policies and standards.
- Participate in an Emergency Response Team (ERT).
- Troubleshoots processes; proposes improvements; documents repairs and improvements.
- Monitors pumps and other equipment operations, initiates maintenance work orders when necessary, and prepares equipment for maintenance works and re-commissions equipment after maintenance.
- Implement Engineer & Foreman’s instructions on the following: Issues work and entry permits for general, hazardous, and confined space working conditions; provides lock out, tag out documentation.
- Writes standard operating procedures; ensures adherence to procedures; reviews procedures for improvement opportunities.
- Improvement activities for site; identifies opportunities for improvement of processes and procedures; plans and implements.
- Join other projects related with plant operational such as conduct plant re-HAZOP, implement system for Process Safety Management application, Plant expansion, etc. will be as positive point.
- Reports incidents, safety violations, operational errors, and performance of operators to management.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate with Min. D3 (Chemical Engineering or equivalent) required from reputable university.

Job Responsibilities:
- Complies with all relevant safety standard, procedures, and company policies, and participates in all required safety training and ensure the production process runs safely and smoothly.
- Conducts plant troubleshooting and manage day to day production activities.
- Follows the instructions of Shift Supervisor, Leader Operator and Boardman, so that the production process runs smoothly and in accordance with specified standards.
- Field patrol & monitoring of maintenance work.
- Functions as a First Responder for emergency situations inside and outside of facility as assigned.
- Maintains operations facilities’ appearance; performs inspections; ensures product specifications are met; oversees environmental waste disposal operations as required.
- Handle process shutdown and start up, and equipment inspection during turn around maintenance.
- Checks and records in the log sheet plant conditions.
- Performs maintenance work for smooth process operation (Filter & STR Cleaning, Lubrication of pump Grease and Oil, Line unplugging, etc.).
- Creates, verifies, and analyses, approves job Permits to work and daily sample.
- Conducts regular sampling according to established procedures and schedules.
Requirements:

Job Description:
- Skilled Entry Level class in maintenance technician.
- Initially under close supervision, learn and perform a variety of duties in maintenance.
- Maintain, repair, install and modify electric equipment (SWGR, Transformer, Motor and etc.).
- Inspect the condition of lubrication, vibration for Motors.
- Operate shop cranes, dump trucks, forklifts, lifting handling device, shop machinery and related tools.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of preventive/periodical maintenance activities.
- Measure and write the maintenance record in field.
- Requisition necessary spare parts, tools, equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with minimum Diploma 3 in Electrical Engineering from reputable university.
