Supervisor HSE Compliance & Report

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree.
  • 5 years of experience in report & compliance.
  • Have POP/POM certificate (mandatory).
  • SMKP Auditor (Minerba registered).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team and collaborate with various divisions.
  • Problem solver and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge in K3 report & compliance integrated system.
  • Expertise in operating SAP and Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).

Key Roles:

  • Manage & maintain all processes of K3LH compliance & report.
  • Follow up on K3LH programs compliance issues.
  • Create reports for K3LH programs.
  • Analyze, control & maintain SMKP for the company.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational safety practices and compliance with related regulations.

Supervisor HSE

Requirements:

  • Male.
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Environment, Forestry, Agriculture.
  • 5 years of experience as a Supervisor HSE.
  • SMKP and AK3 Umum certificates (mandatory).
  • POP certificate (mandatory).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team and collaborate with various divisions.
  • Problem solver and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Key Roles:

  • Manage & maintain all processes of K3LH programs.
  • Follow up on K3LH program issues.
  • Create reports for K3LH programs.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational safety practices and compliance with related regulations.

Supervisor Shipping

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering, Shipping, Nautica Engineering.
  • 7 years of experience in shipping coal mining industry.
  • POP certificate (mandatory).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team and collaborate with various divisions.
  • Problem solver and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge in end-to-end shipping activities.
  • Expertise in operating SAP and Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).

Key Roles:

  • Manage & maintain end-to-end shipping operations.
  • Create and manage regular shipping operational reports.
  • Analyze technical aspects of shipping and solve operational problems.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational safety practices and compliance with related regulations.

Foreman Quality Control Jetty

Requirements:

  • Min. High School.
  • 3 years of experience in shipping-coal mining industry.
  • POP certificate (mandatory).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team and collaborate with various divisions.
  • Problem solver and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge in end-to-end shipping activities.
  • Expertise in operating SAP and Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).

Key Roles:

  • Manage stockpile & ROM’s activities.
  • Maintain daily operations of the stockpile & ROM, including units, operational area, and reports.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational safety practices and compliance with related regulations.

Foreman Planner

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma III in Engineering (Heavy Equipment Management, Mechanical, Electrical).
  • 3 years of experience as a Foreman Planner in the coal mining industry.
  • POP certificate (mandatory) and BMC certificate.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team and collaborate with various divisions.
  • Problem solver and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge in maintenance planning for heavy equipment, preventive and repair activities.
  • Expertise in operating SAP and Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).

Key Roles:

  • Manage & maintain maintenance-repair unit plans.
  • Create & manage the budget plan for short and long-term equipment maintenance.
  • Forecast and maintain the schedule & unscheduled parts and spare parts fulfillment.
  • Control maintenance processes based on budget plans, procedures, and historical data of all units.
  • Evaluate maintenance results and control availability.
  • Analyze maintenance technicalities and create reports for maintenance control.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational safety practices and compliance with related regulations.

Foreman Tyre

Requirements:

  • Min. High School.
  • 3 years of experience in the same field.
  • POP certificate (mandatory).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team and collaborate with various divisions.
  • Problem solver and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in operating SAP and Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).

Key Roles:

  • Manage & maintain all tyre processes (repair, dismantling, installation).
  • Analyze, control & maintain tool availability.
  • Control data & activities actualization according to the plan.
  • Create daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational safety practices and compliance with related regulations.

Foreman HR Compensation & Benefit (Sunfish Experience)

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma III in any major, preferably Accounting.
  • 3 years of experience in HR compensation & benefits.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team and collaborate with various divisions.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Key Roles:

  • Ensure all processes of compensation and benefits are accurate, particularly leave applications and allowances.
  • Create and manage the data for weekly, monthly & quarterly reports, including paid leave reports.
  • Prepare & support compensation & benefit compliance with the latest regulations.
