Purchasing Officer

Placement: Head Office (Jakarta Barat)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related department.
  • Possess an internship experience.
  • Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and use computers, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Planning and organizing achievable goals consistently.
  • Quick response & able to prioritize tasks, hardworking, open-minded, and innovative.

Data Analyst Intern

Placement: Head Office (Jakarta Barat)

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a final-year student (with no classes to attend) in a relevant field such as Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems is required.
  • Proficient in data visualization techniques and tools is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, Pivot Analysis, and experience with data visualization software such as Power BI and Tableau are required.
  • Available to join immediately.

External Permit Administrative Intern

Placement: Head Office (Jakarta Barat)

Requirements:

  • Minimum education of D3 Secretarial/S1 Bahasa/Communication, end-year university student or fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Familiar with Ms. Office.
  • Eager to learn, flexible, adaptive, and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to perform secretarial administrative tasks (manage financial documents, contract documents, ensure good coordination).

Mechanic Foreman

Placement: Site Obi, Maluku Utara

Requirements:

  • Minimum education of High School or Vocational School (SMA/SMK).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in related industry, experience in nickel mining is a plus.
  • Experience in maintaining/repairing heavy equipment (excavator, dump trucks, utility units, etc.), preferably in mining.
  • Having competency certification (heavy duty equipment) is preferred.
  • Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.

Wellsite Geologist Foreman

Placement: Site Obi, Maluku Utara

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of work experience as a Wellsite Geologist in nickel mining.
  • Certified in POP and K3.
  • Proficient in assisting exploration drilling projects (sample drilling and equipment preparation, following QA/QC standards).
  • Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.

HR Senior Foreman

Placement: Site Obi, Maluku Utara

Requirements:

  • Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) (or equivalent) in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR.
  • Able to operate a computer/laptop well (Ms. Office).
  • Skilled in HR Planning, recruitment & selection processes, compensation systems (including payroll), and conflict management.
  • Knowledge of HR administrative tasks.
  • Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.

Safety Foreman

Placement: Site Obi, Maluku Utara

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Associate Degree (D3) in a related field.
  • Possess 1-2 years of experience in the same field.
  • Valid SIM A license (Mandatory) and able to operate a light vehicle (LV).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Preferred).
  • AK3U/POP certification (Mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
  • Willing to work at site with a 10:2 roster.

HR Senior Foreman

Placement: Site BCPM, Sulawesi Tengah

Requirements:

  • A Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Staff or a minimum of 3 years as an HR Foreman.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with familiarity with Talenta HR software.
  • Strong understanding of industrial relations processes, with experience in effectively resolving labor-related issues.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Willing to work at site with a 10:2 roster.

Training Center Supervisor

Placement: Site BCPM, Sulawesi Tengah

Requirements:

  • Minimum education of high school (SMA/SMU/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a heavy equipment trainer in the mining industry.
  • Possess a TOT (Training of Trainer) and POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
  • Able to operate A2B units (minimum of 3 units).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Willing to work at site with a 10:2 roster.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • POP & JUT certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in operating survey equipment, including Total Station, GNSS Geodetic, and Drone Mapping.
  • Experience using surveying software such as Surpac, ArcGIS, Global Mapper, and Agisoft.
  • Strong understanding of surveying principles, measurement techniques, and mine design processes.
  • Able to analyze survey data accurately and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.

Shipping Foreman

Placement: Site BCPM (Sulawesi Tengah)

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: ANT IV in Nautical Studies or Diploma (D3) in Shipping Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations (documentation management & communication tools).
  • Basic English skills: able to read instructions and communicate when needed.
  • Understand Occupational Health and Safety (K3) principles and their practical application.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including at least one booster dose.
  • Basic Safety Training (BST) certification is preferred.
  • Able to drive a car and hold a valid SIM A driver’s license for mobility in work tasks.
  • Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.
