Accounting Supervisor

Job Description:
- Ensure the completeness and review of accounting and tax data.
- Assist in the tax audit process.
- Coordinate and prepare data for the audit process.
- Review payment invoices.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor.
- Good knowledge of tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Able to work well in a team and meet deadlines.

Tax Supervisor

Nickel Sales Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:
- Create a report on the loading process on barges for the smelter project.
- Create invoices and track the payment process for the smelter project.
- Handle administrative tasks in support of the smelter project’s business operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Candidates with prior experience working in Mining Industry are preferred.
- Have strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with administrative tasks.

Nickel Purchase Officer (Mandarin Speaker)
Division: Trading

Job Description:
- Create contracts for nickel sales and purchases.
- Follow-up with suppliers on cargo, loading processes, and shipping documents (document verification).
- Provide ship loading updates, documents, and shipment confirmations to the sales department.
- Check and calculate payments to vendors.
- Create weekly reporting on mining and debt reports.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Minimum education required is S1 Accounting and Finance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience as a trader are preferred.
- Responsible and oriented to detail, with a strong willingness to learn.
- Willing to be assigned to the Head Office in Jakarta.
Exploration Geologist Foreman
Division: Technical
Location: Site Project – Solomon Island (Papua Nugini)
Job Description:
- Support the ongoing exploration project (following SOPs, checking data accuracy, and helping with project operations).
- Create regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and a final activity report.
- Be responsible for managing all project expenses.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Exploration Geologist.
- Careful, honest, disciplined, and highly creative in work. Responsible and committed to their duties.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Willing to work at Solomon Islands with 20:4 roster system.
Environment Foreman
Division: Technical
Location: Site Project – OBI (Pulau Obi, Maluku Utara)
Job Description:
- Assist the HSE Supervisor in carrying out core functions and responsibilities related to environmental management.
- Develop and implement environmental management programs, including work plans and budgets.
- Create, review, and ensure the implementation of environmental management systems, work procedures, and required forms.
- Collect and review environmental management reports, and prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Oversee the revegetation process, inventory of materials, water quality, and collaborate with laboratories for water quality testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an environment foreman in mining industry.
- Experienced in the complete reclamation planning process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Preferably holds AK3U, PPLB, PPPA, PPPU, and POP certifications.
- Willing to be placed at Obi, Maluku Utara with a 10:2 roster.
