Finance Admin Staff
Responsibilities:
- Help track the progress of financial and accounting tasks.
- Organize and keep financial records up to date.
- Support the team during month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist finance officers or accountants with daily administrative work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or finance support role.
- Good knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
Finance Jr. Officer
Responsibilities:
- Verify the completeness of invoices, including all required documents and approvals.
- Prepare payment vouchers and bank receipt vouchers.
- Review bank statements daily or whenever a payment is made.
- Record journal transactions, generate financial reports, and perform bank reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in using financial applications for Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow reporting.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including invoicing, journal entries, taxation, and financial reporting.
Social Media Management
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and manage an engaging content calendar aligned with company campaigns.
- Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts.
- Manage online communities, including interacting with audiences and responding to comments and messages (DMs).
- Analyze and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) to evaluate content performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, Marketing Communication, Multimedia, or Visual Communication Design.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media or related fields.
- Understanding of basic photography and videography (a major plus).
- Proficiency in social media editing tools (such as Canva, CapCut, VSCO, etc.).
- Ability to use Adobe software (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
Tax Jr. Officer
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax).
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate tax records and documentation.
- Support audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
- Conduct routine tax calculations and basic analysis.
- Assist in monthly and yearly tax reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in taxation or accounting.
- Holding a Brevet certification is an advantage.
- Good understanding of local tax laws and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of analytical thinking and administrative skills.

Tax Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, manage, and strategize tax work and financial statements as required.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks to ensure compliance.
- Provide comprehensive tax services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop innovative tax planning strategies and review complex tax returns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in taxation or accounting.
- Holding a Brevet certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of analytical thinking and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws and tax planning strategies.
- Ability to manage audits and complex tax cases.
