Esports Sales Sponsorships Manager

Responsibilities

  • Sell sponsorship of MOONTON ID Esports key events to strategic partners.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with partners, ensuring their objectives are met.
  • Source new leads through various channels.
  • Educate clients on advertising solutions offered by events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and social media.
  • Meet sales targets and engage in upselling and cross-selling.
  • Create sales proposals and handle negotiation processes.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the business, market, and products/services.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in local media sales.
  • Energetic, presentable, and motivated with good command of English.
  • Familiar with startup culture.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • University degree in any major.

  • Analyze campaign and tournament data for future improvements.
  • Assist in coordinating and implementing publishing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in game industry with a management role.
  • 3-5 years of business development experience.
  • Fluent in Bahasa & English; Mandarin is a plus.
