Nestlé Indonesia seeks exceptional graduates for its Nestlé Management Trainee (NMT) Program, offering diverse opportunities across various business streams. As an NMT, you will embark on a comprehensive 24-month journey designed to develop high-performing talents equipped with adaptive skills and a growth mindset, preparing them for future leadership roles at Nestlé.
Program Structure:
The NMT Program is divided into three phases, each featuring regular evaluations. We adopt a holistic approach to talent development, combining experiential learning, network building, and educational opportunities to ensure a well-rounded growth experience. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a maximum of 2 years of full-time working experience.
- Leadership experience in campus or student organizations.
- A growth mindset, resilience, and the ability to adapt to rapid business changes.
- Strong business acumen and a willingness to learn continuously.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and maintain productivity in a virtual working environment
