SPX Express berfokus pada layanan pengiriman paket e-commerce yang cepat, aman, dan terintegrasi langsung dengan platform Shopee di seluruh Indonesia. Perusahaan ini menghadirkan berbagai layanan pengantaran melalui kurir motor (rider) dan mobil (driver), serta didukung sistem pelacakan real-time untuk memastikan transparansi dan kenyamanan bagi penjual maupun pembeli.
Sebagai bagian dari ekosistem Shopee, SPX Express terus mengembangkan jaringan distribusi, gudang sortir (sorting center), dan hub logistik di berbagai kota besar hingga wilayah terpencil. Layanannya mencakup pengiriman reguler, same day, hingga instant di area tertentu, dengan komitmen pada kecepatan dan efisiensi operasional. Future Leaders Program (FLP)
The Future Leaders Program (FLP) is a 2-year program designed for passionate graduate talents to deep-dive into various business functions, pivotal to the e-commerce and logistics landscape at Shopee and SPX Express.
Graduates will undergo four thoughtfully curated rotations, each spanning 6 months. By the end of the program, you can expect to gain experiences in driving high-impact local projects, and possess a holistic view of the business.

Selection Process:
- Application: 13 February – 5 April
- Online Assessment: February – April
- Behavioural Interview: February – April
- Senior Leader Interview: March – April
- FGD with Senior Leader: March – May
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of professional experience (Experience in logistics, operations, e-commerce is a plus).
- Open to graduates from all academic backgrounds (STEM, Business/Economics, and Logistics/Supply Chain backgrounds will be an advantage).
- Demonstrated leadership through active involvement in organizations (e.g., active involvement in student organizations, committees, or community initiatives).
- Willing to be placed in any operational location across Indonesia.
