1. Payroll Analyst

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountant/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Formula (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot Table)
  • Experience interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques

Qualification:

  • Understanding of IT and Non-IT related goods

Qualification:

  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a cyber security engineer, network engineer, or infra engineer.

  • Thorough understanding of the latest technologies, security frameworks, and threat concepts.
  • Experience in security systems, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, anti-virus software, log management, authentication systems, content filtering, etc.
  • Understanding of web-related terminologies and software.

  • Any certification related to cybersecurity is a plus.

  • Build and monitor security system settings for network, application, and infrastructure system protection.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Quality Assurance.

Job Description:

  • Ensure system operations in the data center are running smoothly.
  • Implement operational Data Center in accordance with IT policy.
  • Monitor routine functions and tasks according to system/application guidelines.
  • Monitor and solve level one problems in all systems in the data center outside working hours.
  • Conduct analysis and fix problems in the Data Center.
  • Escalate to the relevant PIC if the problem cannot be fixed.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on all systems in the Data Center

8. First Line Support Lead

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a First Line Support or Help Desk role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Certifications such as ITIL Foundation are a plus.

  • Lead and motivate a team of First Line Support Analysts by providing guidance, training, etc.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of complex problems.
