- Assists in preparation and implementation of PEP (Project Execution Plan).

Job Summary:

- Evaluate and follow up the incoming Personnel Request Form (PRF) for sites and its mandatory requirements for pre-recruitment process in order to start the recruitment process including posting the job vacancies in media advertising if needed.
Metric: Incoming Personnel Request Form (PRF) for sites and its mandatory requirements for pre-recruitment process are successfully evaluated and followed up. - Establish and execute the recruitment process, such as: sourcing for the prospective applicants; shortlist the potential candidates; interview and conduct soft skill test for staff and liaise with user in preparing technical competency test for non-staff employee; arrange other recruitment process, including medical examination and salary negotiation; confirm the newly recruit; to ensure that the recruitment process is running systematically conform, with company’s procedures.

- Convert all Purchase Requests assigned to become Purchase Order within the stipulated timeline.
Metric: Percentage of purchase requests successfully converted into purchase orders within the stipulated timeline. - Conduct the procurement process in line with the company’s procurement policy and procedures of buying the right product/s from the right supplier/s at the right price, quality, delivery schedule and terms and conditions by:
- Ensuring specification of purchase requirements both technically as well as commercially are properly done prior to making/sending out enquiries to the vendors.
- Sourcing, pre-qualifying and selecting the right vendors to participate in the tender exercise.
