Management Trainee – Business & Marketing Development
Job Description:
- Identify current company products in the market and stay updated on pharmaceutical/healthcare market trends.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Explore new partnership opportunities with potential business partners.
- Participate in marketing activities (campaigns, events, digital marketing, etc.).
- Formulate innovative marketing strategies through data analysis.
- Work closely with top management and collaborate with multiple departments.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in any major and a strong interest in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Interested in the business development of the pharmaceutical market.
- Challenge-driven individual with good analytical thinking, excellent communication & negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, time management, and stress management.
- A good understanding of pharmaceutical guidelines or experience (internship or professional) in business development or marketing in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Ready to work full-time (WFO) at Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta.
Internal Audit & Control Staff
Job Description:
- Conduct checks on the inflow and outflow of company assets and important data at both office and factory locations to minimize misuse by unauthorized parties.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and applicable regulations across all departments and locations through periodic audits and inspections.
- Regularly inventory company assets to ensure their proper upkeep.
- Verify merchandise sales, including pricing, stock movement, and sales data, to minimize company losses.
Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates with a minimum D3 degree in any major (1 year of experience in internal audit or related fields is an added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High integrity and work ethic, strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and a good command of English (at least passive).
- Willing to work shifts.
- Available for full-time (WFO) work in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, and ready for business trips between factory locations.
