Graduate – Field Service Engineer
Opportunity Overview:
As part of this role, you will undergo a 24-month training program aimed at equipping you with the necessary skills to support Philips customers in the technical aspects of Health Tech products and services. Your responsibilities will include providing maintenance and installation services, maximizing customer satisfaction, and delivering value by proactively supporting customers. This will involve addressing product malfunctions, executing upgrades, and installations either on-site or remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Execute technical service activities, including requests, problems, and planned service activities, with prepared action plans from the customer care center.
- Provide solutions using remote or onsite diagnostics, troubleshooting techniques, and service technical information.
- Focus on First Time Right approach, ensuring clear action plans and diagnosis before each onsite visit.
- Handle all feedback and escalations promptly and accurately.
- Expect travel within major cities in Indonesia.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical and Mechanical), medical, or related field (up to 2 years of related experience).
- Prior experience in an engineering, medical, or related environment preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge in engineering fundamentals; certification desirable.
- Logical problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.

Graduate – Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance processes, tools, and equipment within manufacturing systems to achieve predictable, reliable, stable, and efficient production processes.
- Manage and monitor process capabilities of part manufacturing with secondary processes and/or product assembly.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including I&D, Equipment, and Quality to meet new product requirements.

- Familiarity with Problem-Solving Tools/Root Cause Analysis (3C, DMAIC, Fishbone diagram, tree diagram, etc.).
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and statistical tools used in manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills in English.
