R&D Formulation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage research and development activities and resources.
- Research and analyze to develop optimal formula claims and manufacturing processes.
- Plan and monitor the schedule for new product launches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, preferably a licensed pharmacist with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the field.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, formulation techniques, and analytical methods.
- Experience in liquid and semi-solid formulations.
- Innovative mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in using computers and fluent in English.
Production Staff (Consumer Health Care)
Responsibilities:
- Organize and monitor production activities as per the schedule prepared by Production Planning Inventory Control (PPIC).
- Lead and maintain the attitude and behavior of team leaders and operators in compliance with PT Rohto Laboratories Indonesia’s standards.
- Ensure the readiness and feasibility of rooms, equipment, and other facilities in the production area.
- Coordinate the implementation of the SS program and Continuous Improvement in the production area.
- Assist the R&D department in packaging development trials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Pharmacy, preferably a licensed pharmacist with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; however, 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, CPOB, CPKB, HAS, Lean Six Sigma, TPM, and 5R.
- Innovative mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in using computers and fluent in English.
