Technician (Sangatta)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct product dismantle, repair, assembly, and test per the correct procedures according to RR manufacturing and service standards
  • Ensure that working area is in safe and clean condition as per the required standard
  • Carry out duty as per the MTU requirements in consultation with customer needs within the agreed time frame
  • To travel to the customer site to respond the customer needs/requirements
  • To prepare report as per the job assignments in correct and accurate manner
  • To fully perform duties with his accountability to meet the customer need as well as the standard policy and procedures of PT. Rolls Royce Solutions Indonesia
  • Special assignments

Qualifications and skills:

  • Must have Technical High School degree in Mechanical/Electrical background
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in similar role
  • Must have good knowledge on MTU engine/system and work with RR standard procedure and according to Engine manual.
  • Knowledge in MS office for reporting work and daily man-hour
  • English Language knowledge (oral and written)
  • Willing to work on Sangatta mining area with shift work

QM Officer

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Compiles statistical data of Service Measurement results and writes narrative reports summarizing Quality Assurance findings
  2. Monitor unusual occurrences and action-taken reports, report follow-up procedures, and report weekly, monthly and year-to-date comparisons
  3. Coordination with all external and internal parties on matters related to monitoring, control, and development of QMS and align with HSE Coordinator. Ensure all activities are in accordance with Company & Corporate Policies, Code of Conduct, ISO standards, Quality Management System, Compliance and HSE, as well as local rules and regulations :
    • Maintain QMS documents and activities at all RRSID locations, meeting given KPIs.
    • In charge of receiving, distributing and recalling the files (procedure, work instruction, drawings and forms)
    • Audit documents being used and ensure that all are enrolled to QHSE
    • Audit files condition, both softcopy and hardcopy: Location, Revision Level, and Status
    • Support ISO certification and renewal process activities
    • Keep track on ISO certification validation
    • Ensure that all ISO documents are controlled including the external documents
  4. Support QM Representative and HSE Coordinator in monitoring, planning, organization, and updates of ISO requirements. Reporting of status, suggestions, and alerts to company management on QM for system problems, deficiencies, improvements, and future developments.
  5. Assisting of internal and external audits, and follow up closure of action items from external and internal audits
    • Maintain and improve QMS implementation in work area
    • Provide weekly monthly / weekly report to manager regarding to condition of management system, the result of Internal Audit
  6. Support continuous strategy development and execution in alignment with company business plan.
  7. Prepare and submit reports based on assignment.
  8. Support development and continuous improvement of processes and skills. Identify training needs to support evolution of solutions business.
  9. Cooperation with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes, customer support and strategy.
  10. Special Assignments.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field
  • At least 2 years working experiences in QMS Management and has qualification as Internal Auditor.
  • Strong human relations skills, self-driven for taking initiative, team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical skills, result-oriented, working independently, contribution to team success.
  • Excellent track record in achieving business targets, strategy development and successful execution.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent in networking with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in Indonesian laws and regulations.
  • Quality Management Systems – ISO Internal Auditor certification
