Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in law, psychology, or management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in end-to-end HR function
- Experience in handling general affairs function
- Strong understanding of employment law and asset maintenance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily workflow in the HR department
- Handle administrative duties within HR
- Manage general affairs matters
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Ensure regulatory compliance with labor law
- Maintain and take action in relation to industrial and government relations
