PT Satria Alam Manunggal (SAM) didirikan pada tahun 2006 di Kalimantan Selatan dan berfokus pada penyewaan alat berat serta kontraktor umum. Perusahaan ini melayani berbagai kegiatan termasuk kontraktor pertambangan batu bara, land clearing untuk perkebunan, dan operasi penebangan di sektor kehutanan. PT SAM juga telah memperluas usahanya dalam operasional transportasi batubara, jasa pembangunan jalan, pengelolaan stockpile, dan dermaga pemuatan batubara.
