2026 Schneider Graduate Program

Program Overview:

Schneider Graduate Program is designed to help you grow faster at the Early Career stage. During the 36 months with us, you may go through a Structured Rotational track or Specialized track, under different functions such as engineering. It will allow you to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider Electric, through a series of accelerated induction and programs.

Get ready to handle important projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work with stakeholders globally.

This offers a 3-year professional employee to successful candidate who can commit full time working schedule. The Schneider Talent Program will start from May 2026.

Placement: Schneider Electric Manufacturing Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park, Tang Nhon Phu Ward, HCM City

Selection Process:

Application deadline: 1 March 2026
Onboarding expected: 1 May 2026

  • Round 1 – CV Application
    Candidates submit a detailed resume and required supporting documents (transcripts, ID card, certificates, etc.).
  • Round 2 – HireVue
    Eligible candidates will receive an email invitation to complete a video interview and gamification assessment via the HireVue platform.
  • Round 3 – Assessment Day
    Shortlisted candidates will join an Assessment Center that simulates a real business challenge, followed by a Panel Interview at the end of the session.
  • Round 4 – Final Interview with Plant Director
    Candidates will present their motivation, leadership potential, and long-term career aspirations directly to the Plant Director. It is an opportunity to demonstrate your cultural fit and alignment with the company’s strategic direction before final hiring decisions are made.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum an Engineering bachelor’s degree (preferably GPA >=7.5 or equivalent). Majoring in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics / Manufacturing.
  • Recent University Graduate with 02 years of working experience.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Good digital acumen and adaptability to new technologies.
  • Demonstrated interest in project management.
  • Familiarity with or prior experience using digital tools, engineering software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PLC, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Competent in Communication, Problem Solving and Collaboration.
  • Agile mindset and thirst for knowledge, willingness to unlearn and relearn.
  • Aspired to grow into a future leader.
  • Embody of SE IMPACT Values.
