General Admin Intern
About the Job
As a General Admin Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with document and data management, coordinating schedules and meetings, supporting internal communication and correspondence, and helping maintain office supplies and inventory. This internship provides hands-on experience in office administration and a clear understanding of how administrative systems underpin operational success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and archiving administrative documents (delivery orders and invoices).
- Support data entry for sales orders, inventory levels, customer information, and logistic transactions.
- Support coordination with the warehouse/depot team to monitor lubricant stock, check stock movements, and help reconcile inventory records.
- Support process and track invoicing, and assist with invoice follow-ups to ensure payments / billing are on schedule.
- Assist in small-scale financial administrative tasks, such as petty cash management or expense reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates (min D3) in any major (Administration, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Commitment to a minimum 3-month internship period

Finance Intern

As a Finance Intern, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day financial operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with financial transactions, preparing and organizing invoice and payment documentation, and performing data entry tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in business finance and a clear understanding of how financial systems support operational success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing and recording financial transactions accurately
- Help prepare, organize, and file invoices, receipts, and payment documentation
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements and financial reports
- Help generate financial summaries and basic reports for internal use
- Support audits and internal checks by preparing required documentation
- Assist in verifying the accuracy of financial data and resolving discrepancies
