Tax Officer

  • Perform the tax calculation on daily transaction according to regulation.
  • Familiar with Tax Application, PPh & PPN.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Having experience to create monthly income tax & tax report.
  • Responsible for paying and filling all quarterly tax estimates and extensions.
  • Experience in preparing corporate tax reports and dealing with tax audits preferred.
  • Tax planning and reporting, including the filing of corporate tax returns.
  • Certified in Brevet A&B.

Account Payable

  • Familiar preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
  • Familiar of process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Having knowledge of Indonesia Audit and Statutory reporting and Taxation.
  • Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and staff expense claims.
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data.
  • Proficiency in Ms Excel and accounting software (SAP).

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required (1,2).
  • At least 3 years work experience in Tax will be an advantage (1).
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in accounts payable, finance, or accounting (2).
  • Prioritize in Batam domicile.
  • Must be able to work independently or Team Work.
  • Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.

Accountant

  • Performs general cost accounting and other related duties in the accounting department.
  • Prepares periodic (monthly) balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger, and balance sheet accounts.
  • Verifies payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
  • Coordinates with software vendor to maintain accounting software system; recommends updates to enhance the accounting software.
  • Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
  • Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

Payroll Officer

  • Familiar with managing the employee payroll records on hand and in the data system.
  • Maintained the payroll system tax tables and produced related payroll reports, each pay and quarterly.
  • Collect, verify and process payroll data (attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances).
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and paid on time.
  • Calculate salaries, taxes (PPh 21), and other statutory contribution.
  • Experience with payroll software/ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations (PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan).

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
  • At least 3–5 years of accounting experience required (1).
  • Prioritize in Batam domicile.
  • Must be able to work independently or Team Work.
  • Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.
