Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) adalah perusahaan tambang yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Routa, Kabupaten Konawe, Sulawesi Tenggara, Indonesia, dengan total luas Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) mencapai 21.100 hektar. Perusahaan ini fokus pada pengembangan potensi mineral di kawasan tersebut, yang memiliki sumber daya alam yang sangat menjanjikan. Pada akhir tahun 2013, SCM menyelesaikan tahap pertama pemboran eksplorasi yang menghasilkan estimasi tonase kadar awal untuk tiga prospek terpisah yang telah dibor. Proses eksplorasi ini menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan memperluas area operasional.

Recruitment Officer

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, MSDM, Law, or related background.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment.
  • Certified POP.
  • Active English communication skills.
  • Good planning and work target skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Active on social media.
  • Willing to be placed at the project location with a FIFO roster (42 active days: 14 days off).
  • Able to work at Konawe site, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles:

  • Identify the position that the user wants to find suitable candidates.
  • Conduct the recruitment process to get candidates who meet the requirements and time set.
  • Ensure new candidates join to fill available positions immediately.
  • Make announcements regarding available vacancies on relevant media.
  • Conduct selection of incoming job applications.
  • Update recruitment progress regularly.
  • Ensure the administration of Employee Request Forms is complete and aligns with the organisational structure.

Facility & Camp Services Foreman

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Economy, Civil, or related background.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Facility & Camp Service General Affair.
  • Certified POP.
  • Active English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Willing to be placed at the project location with a FIFO roster (42 active days: 14 days off).
  • Able to work at Konawe site, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles:

  • Liaise with vendors and transport service providers to organise transport services according to company needs.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort in the work environment.
  • Manage the inventory of company assets, such as office equipment, vehicles, and other facilities.
  • Ensure accurate and regular asset recording.
  • Supervise cleaning and security teams to maintain safety and cleanliness.
  • Control and monitor third-party cleaning services.
  • Liaise with other departments to support operational needs.
  • Handle internal facility-related requests, such as equipment procurement or repair.
  • Manage administrative documents related to maintenance, asset inventory, and third-party services.
  • Prepare periodic reports on facilities, inventory, and repair needs for management.

Transportation Services Officer

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Transportation, or related background.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Transportation General Affair.
  • Certified POP.
  • Has a valid SIM A.
  • Active English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Willing to be placed at the project location with a FIFO roster (42 active days: 14 days off).
  • Able to work at Konawe site, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles:

  • Plan, organise, and supervise vehicle schedules to support transport operations.
  • Optimise fleet utilisation to ensure efficiency and cost savings.
  • Ensure vehicles are well-maintained through regular servicing and repairs.
  • Coordinate with drivers to adhere to work schedules and safety standards.
  • Oversee transport operational expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and driver fees.
  • Compile budget reports and recommend cost-efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all transport regulations, including traffic rules and safety standards.
  • Prepare periodic reports on fleet performance, fuel usage, operating costs, and route efficiency.
  • Analyse transport data to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions.
  • Resolve transport operation issues such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, or incidents.
  • Liaise with vendors and transport service providers to organise transport services.
