Job Description

  • Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update purchasing records and pricing in the system.
  • Monitor and coordinate the delivery of items between suppliers to ensure all items are delivered on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in
  • Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management.
  • Good knowledge of SAP, Procurement Rules, and Material Management.

Video Journalist

Job Description

  • Planning, developing and performing research for various video segments.
  • Shooting and selecting the best shots.
  • Checking the sound and image quality of the recorded footage.
  • Checking the authenticity of various sources Editing footage after it has been recorded to include transitions and text where necessary.
  • Keep up with the latest editing software and recording equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Journalism, Media, Communication, or another related field.
  • At least 1 year proven work experience as a Video Journalist, Reporter, or a similar position in the Media industry..
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with the camera and other recording equipment. Experience with content creation, videography, presenting, and/or editing videos.
  • Knowledge about video editing software is a plus.
  • Good in time management and ability to work for long and flexible hours

Traffic Admin

Job Description

  • Administering all Purchase Orders (PO) for commercial purposes, including loose spot orders and sponsor/blocking orders.
  • Verifying materials to ensure that the terms and completeness of commercial PO administration align with applicable regulations.
  • Coordinating with Sales, Sales Admin, and Collection teams. regarding issues related to advertising placement and invoices that do not align with client orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from Accounting, Economics & Administration
  • Having 1 year experience in the related field, fresh graduate is open to apply.
  • Strong computer skill with Microsoft Office, Spreadsheet & Internal LAN.
  • Well-organized and attentive to detail.
  • Good personality & communication skill.
