Quality System and Compliance Leader
Job Description:
- Implement ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 50001.
- Organize internal and external audit.
- Propose Quality system up-gradations.
- Coordinate with third party body for the audits.
- Be expert in basic quality tools.
- Organize internal training periodically.
- Help daily operational peoples to implement properly these quality tools.
- Organize the product certification audit.
- Follow the actions plan to close variance notice or non-conformity finding.
- Organize statutory and regulatory regular review.
- Follow up the action to close the gap in compliance obligation to each department.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial quality assurance with 2 years’ experience in supervisory level.
- Good knowledge of technical standards, ISO standards and process audit procedure.
- Good understanding on quality and technical tools usage.
- Certified in Internal Auditor (mandatory).
- Trained Green Belt (mandatory).
- Certified in Lead Auditor is preferable.
- Has experience on project management and good communication skill.
- Has knowledge in computer application.

Environment Data and Document Management Engineer
Job Description:
- Manage prioritization of the requests to be sent to our suppliers (local and international) by the data collection team.
- Deliver final quality check of the declarations received from our suppliers.
- Deliver quality check of the verdicts assigned by the data collection team.
- Trigger the escalation process towards the purchasing organization.
- Manage monitoring the performance of the data collection team.
- Manage monitoring the presence of substances in the “components” that are part of our products.
- Support another assigned portfolio when workload is suitable to be added.
- Manage training of the people in charge of the environmental data collection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree of Math or Data Management or Environmental Science or relevant degree.
- Minimum 2 year working experience in a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates are welcome also.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Familiar with data collection systems and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Intermediate in Excel is mandatory, understanding Python Programming is a plus.

Job Description:
- Process incoming customer orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify order information, pricing, and terms of completeness.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and other departments to reach target on-time order fulfillment.
- Maintain order system with updated information.
- Identify and address order discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze order processing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in order management.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing (adhoc).

Job Description:
- Validate form request and SAP system changing impact related to price, material master, vendor master, customer master, kanban, quality, storage location, bank, etc.
- SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (Register, create and maintain).
- Info Record and Source List, Quota allocation, AMPL (creation, maintenance in SAP System).
- Bill of Material (creation, maintenance on SAP System).
- Routing, production version (creation, maintenance on SAP System).
- Packing Instruction, Transportation Data (HS code, COO).
- Yearly Campaign: Routine update, Info Record price update, Transfer Price Update, Product Hierarchy, Register New SAP Tcode SAP user for Pl.
- Project involvement: Master Data Logistic Data Accuracy, CI Project: FG Cleansing Master Data Logistic Weight & Dimension, Collaborate on new project & product launching process (UAT, Migration, SAP CHR, etc.), Master data readiness related to AN/MCN, New product launched, Rebalancing project, SAC, QVE, PLP, Change of supplier (COS).
- Weekly Data Cleansing: Vendor master (Incoterm Compliance Vendor IG, OG and Info Record, source list, quota allocation), Material Master (basic data, sales view, plant data, accounting-costing view, storage and warehousing).
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a technical field (excluding language or social studies majors).
- At least 2 years of experience in data processing.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, especially for data analysis.
- Familiar with SAP applications.
- Experience managing data or documents in SAP.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Comfortable using computer applications and quick to learn new software.
