Maintenance Staff 

Location: Cengkareng, West Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks related to building utility maintenance to ensure the supply of clean water, electricity, fire alarm/hydrant systems, and help supervise the cleanliness of the building and its surroundings.
• Ensure the building operates smoothly.

Requirements:

• Vocational High School (SMK) education in Mechanical/Electrical fields.
• Preferably have 1-2 years of work experience as Maintenance Staff.
• Proficient in maintenance and inspection of fire hydrant supply and installation systems, and flood pump operation.
• Willing to be placed in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.

Formulation Development Supervisor

Lokasi: Cikarang

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop product formulations and reformulations with an orderly development system in accordance with the company’s strategy to meet local and global requirements for a product.
• Develop a work plan for product development planning.
• Prepare batch stability for the purposes of new product development, replacement of existing product source, reformulation.
• Create documents for formula development purposes according to predetermined criteria.
• Meet the target of developing product formulas according to the predetermined timeline.
• Complete troubleshooting of problematic production processes according to production needs.
• Prepare documents and data including samples and forms for pre-registration, product registration, and production processes.
• Develop a monthly product development report.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: pharmacist from a reputable university; minimum GPA of 3.00 / 4.00.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a formulator in a pharmaceutical company.
• Understand cGMP, the various components used in product development, the stages in the development of a product, and various pharmaceutical dosage forms.
• Computer literate (Ms. Office) and internet.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical Development Supervisor (Cosmetics & Consumer)

Location: Bekasi

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the analysis of new raw materials, raw material specifications, finished product MLI, external lab testing, and validation and verification of analytical methods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Pharmacist with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, or Household Health Supply (PKRT) companies.
• Understand various chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis methods.
• Knowledgeable about analytical instruments and experienced in using them, such as GCMS, etc.

Technical Administration

Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer new assets or demo units received from vendors, as well as hardware to be repaired from all business units within the Tempo Scan Group.
• Create Electronic Access Agreements for new employees.
• Ensure accurate monthly billing for email and internet services.
• Monitor incoming support center emails for the Technical Team.
• Report support center monitoring for the Technical Support Team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Information Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Technical Support Administrator.
• Understanding of hardware and software.
• Strong administrative/documentation skills.

Operation Support (Master Data SAP)

Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accuracy of customer master data, and the addition or modification of customers, vendors, and GL accounts in the SAP system according to user requests and following applicable SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering/Information Management/Computer Science with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Master Data Maintenance.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Finance Staff & Assistant of Finance Director

Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with finance-related tasks, including finance report preparation.
• Provide administrative and operational support.
• Provide direct support to the Finance Director and Finance team.
• Handle correspondence and phone calls.
• Manage diaries, organize meeting coordination and appointments.
• Remind of important tasks and deadlines.
• Implement and maintain procedures and administrative documents.
• Arrange travel plans, including booking tickets, accommodations, and transportation.
• Manage logistics for special events and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance Administration, or Secretary from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant to a Finance Director.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
• Attention to detail, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Proactive and able to take the initiative.

Line Haul Transport Operation & Solution Supervisor

Location: Surabaya

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan product pickup and delivery according to the schedule.
• Manage internal vehicles for product pickup and delivery, focusing on utilization and productivity targets.
• Place trucking orders with transport vendors, optimizing costs.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Distribution Center, Distributor Branches, and operational offices in other areas.
• Supervise drivers and vehicles used for product pickup and delivery.
• Coordinate with the Workshop for internal vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics and transportation.
• Experience in managing logistics operations, distribution, and transportation (fleet & driver management), and related competencies in the transport business.
• Ability to analyze data and create presentation materials.
• Leadership qualities, discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
