Business Improvement Analyst
Work Location: Jakarta (Regional-National Recruitment)
Purpose of the Role:
Lead the line of defense in Supply Chain Management (SCM) by providing system and technology enhancements, improving SCM business processes while maintaining compliance, delivering training, conducting audits, and providing support. Additionally, actively contribute to the company’s ESG goals through Sustainable Supply Chain initiatives, with the primary objective of increasing the company’s competitive advantage.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop system and technology enhancements in the SCM area, including ERP development and training for the SCM team as part of the PT Vale carve-out and transition.
- Lead the roadmap for improving SCM lean business processes while maintaining governance and compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
- Conduct market/business intelligence analysis to identify alternative potential strategic and non-strategic commodities (e.g., raw materials, production equipment, maintenance materials/spare parts) to strengthen the company’s future competitive advantage.
- Develop and manage a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard within Supply Chain Management to monitor and control progress toward KPI targets.
- Establish systems using relevant technology to track the achievement of Supply Chain Management KPIs, identify root causes of KPI deviations, and recommend mitigation plans to relevant managers.
- Plan, promote, and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of Vale ERP, particularly during the PT Vale ERP transition, as well as related applications such as E-procurement, within SCM areas, PT Vale, and company contractors to achieve the company’s objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in managing ERP systems.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A team player with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Computer literate with experience in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
