Maintenance & Facility Senior Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that facilities, utilities, and equipment function throughout their intended life cycle (preventive maintenance).
- Build up resources to ensure facilities, utilities, and equipment operate efficiently and safely.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Technical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience.
- Experience in maintaining & repairing automation machines/equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
Production Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise employees in manufacturing operations in the defined area.
- Analyze data and provide solutions for production problems.
- Ensure production runs according to schedule from the Planning department.
- Responsible for daily production output, downtime, reject rate, and yield.
- Eliminate waste and inefficiencies in production.
- Ensure production employees are properly oriented and trained.
- Personnel competence, coaching, and development for production employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Familiar with production planning and manpower arrangement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
HR Officer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and arrange training needs.
- Liaise with respective parties to conduct internal and external training.
- Evaluate, brief, and prepare training programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Experience in training & development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
Molding Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on work to achieve project objectives and ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical leadership and interact with other departments to resolve issues affecting productivity.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in molding manufacturing processes.
- Able to interpret technical drawings.
- Familiar with AutoCAD/SolidWorks (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
Painting Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on work to achieve project objectives and ensure smooth project execution.
- Demonstrate painting skills in program creation and technical leadership to resolve productivity issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Familiar with 8D Report, FMEA, and Technical Drawing Skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
