Production Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
Responsibilities:
- Supervising employees in manufacturing operations in defined area
- Participate resolving production problems by analysing data, identifying issues, providing solutions
- Ensure production run according to schedule from Planning department
- Responsible for daily production output, downtime, reject, yield
- Eliminate waste and inefficiencies in production
- Ensure production employees are properly oriented and trained
- Personnel competence, coaching and development for production employee
Engineering Engineer (Molding)
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Able to interpret technical drawing, familiar with AutoCAD/ Solid Work is preferrable
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the hands-on work needed to achieve the project objectives to ensure the project running smoothly
- Provide technical leadership, interact with other departments to resolve problems that interfere with productivity
Production Engineer (Painting)
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Familiar with 8D Report, FMEA, Technical Drawing Skill
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the hands-on work needed to achieve the project objective to ensure the project running smoothly
- Demonstrate painting skill in term of program creation and technical leadership to resolve problems that interfere with productivity
