1. General Affair (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a General Affairs Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written or spoken).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proactive, responsible, disciplined attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.

2. Logistic (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Logistic/Warehouse Finish Good Asst. Manager in the FMCG industry (Cold Storage experience will be an advantage).
  • Fluent in Mandarin Language.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring high-quality standards.

3. Logistic Stock Keeper

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Logistic/Stock Keeper in the FMCG industry (Cold Storage experience will be an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in an FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical & electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

4. QA Inspector (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications:

  • At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, preferably in FMCG Manufacturing
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and document defects accurately
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BPOM, Halal, FSSC 22000, and consistency with SOP
  • Familiarity with ice cream production processes and equipment
  • Good communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
  • Willing to work on a shift schedule

5. Utility Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food manufacturing industry. (Dairy/Ice Cream Industry will be an advantage)
  • In-depth knowledge of Refrigeration, WWTP, WTP, Boilers, Utilities, and Electrical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6. Maintenance Operator

Qualifications:

  • High School or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in an FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical & electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. R&D Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or any related field.
  • At least 1-year experience in research and development in the food industry, preferably in ice cream or frozen desserts.
  • Innovative thinking and a passion for creating unique flavors and products.
  • Understanding of food chemistry, food safety, and food processing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and findings to cross-functional teams.

8. Training & People Development Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Training, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and compiling and creating TNA.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in creating multimedia content for training purposes.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in training and people development.
  • Fluent speaking Mandarin & English Language is an advantage.
