Rentokil Marketing Graduate Program 2025
This 36-month accelerated program is designed to immerse you in every facet of our marketing operations, from product category support and marketing services to digital strategy and budget management. As a highly motivated marketing professional, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the marketing function and be at the heart of initiatives that drive our company’s goals.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director or the Director of Sales & Marketing for Asia, you will have significant scope to create, contribute, and inspire. The value you gain from this program is directly tied to your initiative and your ability to capitalize on the numerous learning and development opportunities we provide.
What You Will Do
- Months 1-3: Foundation & Immersion. Your first few months will be a deep dive into our business. You will learn about all marketing functions, our partner agencies, the contact center, the Sales Academy, our global category marketing team, and gain hands-on experience with our front-line sales and service operations.
- Year 1: Marketing Executive, Build a strong foundation in marketing operations. You will focus on content creation, campaign execution, and market research to develop your core skills.
- Year 2: Assistant Product Marketing Manager. Take ownership of a specific product line. You will be responsible for driving market insights, adapting global campaigns for the local market, and managing product launches.
- Year 3: Product Marketing Manager Lead a full marketing program for your designated category. In this strategic role, you will drive innovation, manage the product lifecycle, and provide key support to business directors.

Requirements
- A recent university graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. Candidates with up to two years of relevant marketing experience are also welcome to apply. An advanced degree (Master’s) is an advantage, but not required.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in computer applications, particularly Google Suites and analytics tools. A keen interest in AI in marketing is a plus.
- Full professional fluency in both written and spoken English is essential (minimum TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS 7.5).
