Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and optimize reserve calculations and prepare reserve quantity reports.
- Develop and analyze the Life of Mine (LOM) plan.
- Prepare alternative scenarios for changes in the mine plan in line with mining progress.
- Conduct evaluations and operational coordination related to the implementation of long-term mine plans.
- Assess mine sustainability based on geological data and reserve quality.
- Prepare and implement Occupational Health, Safety (HSE), and environmental programs in the mining area in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular P5M (Five-Minute Meeting) and Safety Talk sessions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from Mining Engineering or related major, with up to 2 years of working experiences.

Plantation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Design plantation layouts for optimal use of space, sun exposure, and water resources, ensuring that all areas support high cocoa productivity.
- Implement strategies to maximize cocoa yield, including soil enrichment, crop rotation, and pest management practices.
- Conduct soil tests and oversee fertilizer application to maintain soil fertility and nutrient levels specific to cocoa plant needs.
- Establish and monitor pest and disease management protocols, including the application of integrated pest management (IPM) strategies.
- Ensure the plantation adheres to industry certifications, local laws, and best practices for ethical and sustainable cocoa production.
- Manage multiple challenging projects, analyse & propose business models.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum having bachelor degree in Agronomy, Agroechology, Plantation Management, Agricultural Technology or related filed. GPA minimum 3.3.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Engineering, Supervise and Expedite BIB’s Electrification Project.
- Provide engineering services to Electrical Power Operation & Maintenance and Power Distribution System.
- Perform field survey to collect data (location, actual issues) and take further actions accordingly.
- Develop required procedures related to electrical works and electrical licensing.
- Supervise the Contractor’s work including: verification of quotation, installation, test-run and commissioning to ensure the accomplishment of work execution.
- Perform periodic review to evaluate Contractor’s performance and give inputs to Contractor Re-Assessment Panel.
- Support (e.g. Engineering advise, design & work procedures) to other BIB Department in term of electrical system.
Job Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor’s Degree (Min. GPA 3.1) in Electrical Engineering / Control Engineering – ARUS KUAT.
- Have extensive experiences 1 – 2 years in Electrical Power System.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills, both in Bahasa and English, to liaise with related parties including contractors, suppliers & consultants.
