PT Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (HMMI) adalah produsen mobil terkemuka yang berlokasi di Cikarang, Kabupaten Bekasi. Perusahaan ini bersama PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID), yang bertanggung jawab atas penjualan, merupakan anak perusahaan dari Hyundai Motor Company. Sebagai penerus PT Hyundai Indonesia Motor yang telah merakit mobil Hyundai sejak 1996, HMMI memiliki peran utama dalam mendukung pertumbuhan industri otomotif Indonesia. Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as Assistant Manager or 3 years as Manager in Compensation & Benefit, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Experienced in handling full scope of Compensation & Benefit (review, develop, and execute C&B programs), payroll monitoring (pay slip, attendance, labor cost, etc.), and employee benefits (BPJS, insurance, etc.).
