HSE Manager (HSEM)
Placement : Across Indonesia
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction HSE management, preferably with experience in high rise building and data center projects.
- HSE-related professional certification and/or accreditation.
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and regulations applicable to the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (TOEFL score of 510 or higher).
- Willing to be relocated across Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain the company’s HSE management system for construction projects.
- Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections of construction sites.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Provide HSE training and advice to construction site personnel.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders on HSE matters.
- Prepare reports and documentation on HSE matters.
Site Manager Mechanical Electrical (SM-ME)

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a contractor company, preferably with experience in high rise building and data center projects.
- Good understanding of MEP system.
- Good communication, presentation, and strong analytic skills.
- Proficient in English (TOEFL score of 510 or higher).
- Willing to be relocated across Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing overall site performance of construction processes, including liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Overseeing the direction of a construction project and finding solutions to problems that occur.
- Reviewing building practices to ensure compliance with forecast budget, health and safety guidelines, and project management procedures.
Quantity Surveyor Mechanical Electrical (QS-ME)
Placement : Across Indonesia
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor, preferably with experience in high rise building and data center projects.
- Good understanding of MEP system.
- Good communication, presentation, and strong analytic skills.
- Proficient in English (TOEFL score of 510 or higher).
- Willing to be relocated across Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets for Mechanical and Electrical (M/E) works.
- Oversee contract negotiations, variations, and claims related to M/E works, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and measurements for M/E systems, prepare bills of quantities and ensure materials are procured and used efficiently.
- Monitor progress of M/E works on-site, prepare regular reports on project status, and collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion within budget & quality standards.
