Production Team Leader
Placement : Majalengka Plant, West Java
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 4 (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Required skills: GMP, HACCP, 5R.
- Must have experience in handling dry food product (Wafer/Biscuit/Snack).
- Must have a strong leadership, communication, and ability to adapt quickly.
- Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production.
- Ready to work in a shift system (3 shifts).
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of utility machines.
- Analyze spare part needs for timely procurement.
- Organize team workflow by assigning responsibilities and scheduling tasks efficiently.
Maintenance Team Leader (Food or Beverage Product)
Placement : Majalengka Plant, West Java
Requirements:
- Must have experience in food industry (wafer, biscuit, etc) or beverage industry (dairy-aseptic process/packaging) machinery & processes.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/S1 in Engineering or relevant majors.
- Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial.
- Good understanding of production processes and machinery.
- Willing to work in a 3-shift system.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and analyze all production machine maintenance activities, both preventive and corrective.
- Analyze spare part needs for timely procurement.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing the team’s work schedule.
Quality Control Team Leader (Beverage)
Placement : Majalengka Plant, West Java
Requirements:
- Must have experience in handling the beverage process (AMDK Product).
- Minimum D4/S1 Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/Biology Engineering/Nutrition or equivalent.
- Have an understanding of standards and processes of beverage process.
- Willing to work in a 3-shift system.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and carry out all production activities and improvements in order to achieve the targets regarding hygiene and safety.
- Monitor production output, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
QA Staff
Placement : Nabati Plant, West Java
Requirements:
- Minimum D4/Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Min. 1 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in Food Manufacturing/FMCG Industry.
- Good understanding of food safety systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC) and halal assurance.
- Experience in handling OEM/third-party manufacturers and quality documentation.
- Familiar with QA documentation and document control systems.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate quality performance of domestic OEM partners, including audits, issue handling, and corrective actions.
- Act as quality liaison between the company and OEM manufacturers for technical and quality-related matters.
- Manage end-to-end QA documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, specifications, and quality records.
- Support QA activities related to audits, certifications, compliance, and continuous improvement.
QA Supervisor (System & Implementation)
Placement : Nabati Plant, West Java
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within FMCG Industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, and relevant food safety and quality regulations.
- Experience in quality system documentation, internal audit, and calibration management.
- Good analytical skills and ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure compliance of quality systems with ISO, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements, including documentation, audits, and training.
- Oversee internal GMP audits, calibration of measuring instruments, pest control, and product traceability testing to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Analyze quality data, manage corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system effectiveness.
Standardization Specialist (Mechanical or Food Technology)
Placement : Majalengka Plant, West Java
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Food Technology, or other relevant disciplines.
- Min. 2 years of experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG Industry.
- Hands-on experience in project execution, such as automation, equipment modifications, or process improvement.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing process, machinery, and production systems.
- Experience with standardization, SOP, Work Instructions, or process replication is preferred.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills, able to work with Plant, Industrial Engineering, R & D, and Formulation teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standardization of machines, production processes, and technologies across plants.
- Standardize machinery, automation systems, spare parts, vendor (mechanical) or production process (food technology) methods in collaboration with Plant, IE, R&D, and Formulation Teams.
- Perform technology grouping and clustering to simplify technologies and define capacity, manpower, and process models.
- Review, develop, and maintain SOP, Work Instruction, and supporting forms to ensure consistency and sustainability.
- Capture completed project outcomes and formalized improvements into company-wide standards.
