Key Responsibilities
Market Research
- Understand market trends, customer behaviours and needs and competitor landscape
- Conduct fieldwork, interviews and other research as necessary to generate insights
- Identify opportunities and potential for growth and expansion
Sales
- Participate in sales calls, customer meetings and product demonstrations
- Manage existing customers and achieve sales targets of assigned territories
- Under supervision, plan and develop the market to acquire new customers
- Assist with sales reporting and related activities

Who Should Apply
- We are looking for 2 trainees to be based in Yogyakarta and Banten/Bandung respectively and will give priority to students who will be graduating from a university in these cities.
- University students graduating (or just graduated) in 2026, pursuing degrees in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology or other Life Sciences disciplines and currently based in Yogyakarta or Bandung/Banten. Priority will be given to students who are based in these regions as there will be no relocation offered
- Strong interest in sales in the medical technology industry
- Strong communication skills, self-driven, eager to learn, curious and resilient
- Excited to work in a customer-facing, dynamic, fast-paced environment
