PT Yamaha Motor Parts Manufacturing Indonesia (YPMI) berdiri sejak 8 Juli 1996 dan mulai beroperasi pada September 1997. Berlokasi di Kawasan Industri KIIC, Karawang, Jawa Barat, perusahaan ini terdiri dari dua pabrik dengan total luas lahan 209.200 m² dan luas bangunan 123.171,22 m². Dengan modal sebesar USD 29.126.000, YPMI dimiliki oleh Yamaha Motor Co. Ltd. (99,973%), Yamaha Motor Biz Partner Co. Ltd. (0,003%), dan Yamaha Motor Precision Parts Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (0,024%). YPMI dipimpin oleh Tetsuya Tashiro sebagai Presiden Direktur, dengan Arwan Alif Kurnia, Fumihiro Mizuno, dan Yoshio Yamada sebagai direktur. Requirements:
- Maximum 27 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field (preferably in the Manufacturing Industry)
- Possess certifications in ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015
- Certified K3 General Specialist
- Proficient in risk assessment and identification
- Hard worker, able to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
