China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) merupakan anak perusahaan dari China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) yang berfokus pada proyek rekayasa dan konstruksi sipil di tingkat global, termasuk pembangunan jalan tol, rel kereta api, jembatan, pelabuhan, dan terowongan. Logistic Staff

Requirements:

  • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field;
  • Minimum 1+ years experienced as a logistic staff
  • Managing inventory control
  • Reporting logistic activity and suggesting improvements to management;
  • Placement in Semarang;

Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or higher in civil engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years experience as Quantity Surveyor
  • Able to prepare unit price analyze, price adjustment, contract documents, monthly certificate.
  • Able to calculate the volume of work that has been carried out and
  • the remaining work that has not been carried out.
  • Experienced with computer-aided design software such as
  • AutoCAD and others
  • Fluent in English, able to communicate with team.
  • Placement in Semarang

Drafter

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in or higher in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimal 2-3 years experience as a Drafter
  • Use computer software to create drawings or virtual models of
  • product designs, computer-aided design (CAD) or to computer- aided industrial design (CAID)
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations engineering software such as AutoCAD and others.
  • Present designs and demonstrate prototypes.

Surveyor’s Assistant

Job Descriptions:

  • Assists the Architect in reviewing design drawings and specifications based on the requirement of the clients
  • Develop civil / structural basic design drawing using AutoCAD in collaboration with discipline engineers to ensure design intent and effectiveness is achieved.
  • Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned projects Review project proposals and plans to develop project objectives
  • Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and
  • reporting on the project’s status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant field.
  • 4 years of proven experience working as a Construction Project Engineer
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
  • Project management and supervision skills, Time management and organization skill
  • have experience work at road project
  • Excellent comunicator and presentation skills
  • English Fluency is a plus

Site Engineer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant field. Posess minimum 1+ years experienced on it’s field
  • Preferably for anyone has joined with Toll/Highway/National road project and capable to operate engineering design software
  • Planning and preparing technical drawings and construction layouts
  • Reviewing work schedules and delegating work tasks
  • gathering data and writing site reports and other necessary work documentation
  • Providing technical advice and diagnosing and resolving technical difficulties
  • Preferably fluent in English
  • Placement: Semarang

Surveyor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields
  • Have 2-3 years of road construction surveying experience, especially experienced in road and bridge project
  • Proficient in using levels, total stations, GPS and other related surveying instruments and related software, and be able to independently do a good job in surveying control and collection of Surveying data according to the design of construction drawings Fluent in English
  • Proficient in basic office software operation, CAD and other engineering software

Car Driver

Requirements:

  • Preferably MALE
  • Preferably has experienced on it’s field
  • Preferably knows English (passive)
  • Possess driving license especially Car driving license (SIM A)
  • Location: Semarang
  • Preferably still Single
