Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced managers and learn the skills necessary to succeed in a management role. Responsibilities:
- Assist managers in various departments with daily tasks and projects.
- Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to gain knowledge and skills in management principles, practices, and procedures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive business results.

Requirements:

- 0-2 years of experience in a management role or relevant internship/co-op experience.
- Strong leadership potential and desire to develop a career in management.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
