PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk didirikan pada tahun 1971 di bawah kerangka investasi modal asing sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1967 dan Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 1970. Perusahaan ini awalnya dikenal sebagai PT Asahimas Flat Glass Co., Ltd. sebelum berganti nama menjadi PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk pada tahun 1998. Asahimas bergerak dalam industri kaca, dengan fokus pada produksi kaca lembaran, kaca pengaman, dan kaca otomotif. Dengan fasilitas produksi yang luas di Jakarta, Jawa Barat, dan Jawa Timur, Asahimas telah menjadi produsen kaca terbesar di Asia Tenggara.

Sejak memulai produksi kaca pada tahun 1973, Asahimas telah melakukan berbagai inovasi teknologi dalam industri kaca, seperti pengenalan teknologi Float Glass pada tahun 1981 dan pembangunan beberapa tungku untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi. Pada tahun 1995, Asahimas melantai di Bursa Efek Jakarta dan Surabaya, menandai langkah penting dalam pertumbuhan perusahaan. MT Mechanical Maintenance

Job Description:

  1. Running Mechanical control system
  2. Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment
  3. Make a plan in the use of machine/ robotic
  4. Fix issues from production machines/ other electronic equipment for management/ operational purposes
  5. Implement basic knowledge of K3 & 5S
  6. Able to analyze & troubleshot machine damage and make machine condition reports
  7. Responsible on duty based on working instructions related to mechanical maintenance and repair

Requirement(s):

  1. Graduated as a Bachelor Degree from reputable University for Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronic
  2. Able to work as a team
  3. At least 2 years experience on same/ related field/ Maintenance on Manufacture
  4. Able to speak and write in English
  5. Will be located in Cikampek, West Java
  6. Willing to work in shift and open for an over time/ emergency working schedule
  7. Looking for a sustainable working place until pension/ retired

MT HR & Industrial Relation

Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. Develop, plan, and coordinate the standardization and development of a competitive and equivalent workforce
  2. Develop work plans, policies, and section work budgets
  3. Manage, supervise, and evaluate work according to applicable standards
  4. Evaluate the section’s systems and programs
  5. Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports to superiors
  6. Implement improvements to work systems
  7. Ensure compliance with company and government regulations related to labor.
  8. Carry out employee relations development to create a conducive working environment for all parties.
  9. Resolve and anticipate disputes involving labor organizations, management, employees or government, agencies, etc.
  10. Follow up reports related to violations of company regulations in cooperation with related parties.
  11. Coordination with Labor Union
  12. Placement: Cikampek, West Java

Qualifications :

  1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Law/ any other related major
  2. Experience in manufacturing is preferred
  3. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in HRIR/ handle Labor Union
  4. Excellent knowledge of labor law and regulation
  5. Deep understanding on Industrial Relations, PKB (Collective Labor Agreement/Perjanjian Kerja Bersama), Labor Law and labor union.
  6. Good problem solving skills, detail oriented.
  7. Have leadership skill and good analytical thinking.
  8. Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English
  9. Have a good knowledge about IR Management (SKKNI – Kepmen 307/2014)
  10. Proficient in English both written and oral
  11. Proficient using Ms Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

MT Electrical

Job Description:

  1. Running Electrical control system
  2. Perform routine maintenance on industrial & production equipment
  3. Make a plan in the use of electricity/ others
  4. Fix issues from production machines/ other electronic equipment for management/ operational purposes
  5. Able to analyze machine damage related to electrical issue and make machine condition reports
  6. Responsible on duty based on working instructions related to electrical stuff maintenance and repair
  7. Implement Safety (K3) and environment control on power station and Utility operation,
  8. Control operation Power Station EQP (electricity), Utility and control consumption
  9. Make Schedule and control the activity of PM, RM, CM and BM
  10. Control consumption maintenance repair on unit group
  11. Understand and have experience using any brand of PLC

Requirement(s):

  1. Graduated as a Bachelor Degree from reputable University/Polytechnic for Electrical Engineering, max 29 years old.
  2. Able to work as a team
  3. Can speak and make report in English
  4. Special graduate Power system engineering
  5. Can operate computer fluently (MS word, MS Excel (with pivot function), MS Point
  6. Better can operate AutoCAD min 2 dimension
  7. Can understand about PLC and the communication system (specific branch : Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron)
  8. At least 1 year experience on same/ related field
  9. Will be located in Sidoarjo, East Java
